I spent 3 hours on Monday creating ONE block for the pattern, "Edinburgh." I wanted it to be easy for quilters to create it, so I had to mess it up again, and again, and again. I *finally* figured out the simplest way to create it. Then, I spent another 3 hours editing the pattern. And boy did I find a lot of mistakes. Mistakes that will be corrected to make it easy for you to create art. This was after spending a solid week creating the pattern originally. A week of making diagrams, doing quilter's math so there isn't a lot of fabric being wasted.
And is the pattern ready for you yet? Nope. Not even close! So much more will still happen to this pattern before you see the gorgeous finished product. Which means, back to work for me!!!
